Jacob's definitely wide awake these days, though he still gets tired pretty easily. The numbness and weakness on the left side are still there, but he's been out and about all week - swimming, to the movies, to lazerquest, even the boardwalk in Santa Cruz - now that was exhausting! It's not Kauai, but it's pretty nice.

Here are some highlights from the trip. There are some better ones from Young's camera, but they're in some file format my old version of photoshop can't read...







I don't even know how to talk about the wonderful family we were visiting, the Frykbergs, except to say they made it fabulous.
